关于征集“国际商事争端预防与解决组织”形象标识(LOGO)的公告
二、征集范围及时间
4.应征作品必须为原创，如参考其他作品创造，需写明作品元素借鉴来源；不得违反中国法律法规，并符合社会公序良俗，可以被主办方注册。参赛作品为参赛者亲自设计制作，不能由他人代替，请参赛者自己备份作品以便核对。
四、应征方式
1.填写《形象标识(LOGO)征集表》（附件），同时提交标识(LOGO)设计方案，简要说明作品的设计思路、设计理念和表现意图。运用软件（Photoshop 、CorelDraw、Illustrator等）的作品上交JPG格式的电子稿（形象标识若为手绘作品，请扫描成清晰图像后再用JPG格式上传），分辨率300dpi，大小不超过3M。设计应注明LOGO比例图、标准色（主色标、辅助色标）和LOGO原尺寸坐标图、矢量图（AI或CDR格式）。
2.应征者可提交多套设计作品，每件应征作品应单独提交设计方案和设计说明，独立编号参加评选。
3.电子稿请投至中国仲裁法学研究会邮箱：pangchong@ccpit.org，caal_china@126.com.电子版来稿请在邮件中注明“国际商事争端预防与解决组织形象标识应征作品+作品名称+作者姓名+工作单位+联系方式”等信息。（作品必须要有电子版）

The Announcement about Collecting the Logo of “International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization”
According to the deliverables list of the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) jointly initiated to establish International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization along with business associations, legal service institutions from more than 30 countries and regions such as the European Union, Italy, Singapore, Russia, Belgium, Mexico, Malaysia, Poland, Bulgaria, Myanmar, etc.
For unifying visual effect of “International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization” and expanding external influence, we are now open to the society for solicitating the logo of “International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization”.
Ⅰ. Content
The logo of “International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization”.
1. Chinese element: 国际商事争端预防与解决组织;
2. English element: International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO)
Ⅱ. Participants and Time
1. Participants: Any domestic and foreign institutions, groups and individuals can participate in the solicitation
2. Time: November 19th-November 28th, 2019
(The time of application is subject to the time of mailing. Any proposal submitted later than 24:00 on November 28th,2019 will be deemed as disqualified)
Ⅲ. Design Requirements
1. The applying design should reflect the spirit of consultation, cooperation and sharing, with the element of Belt and Road integrated. The works should have a distinctive theme,unique creativity, beautiful shape, high identification and strong artistic inspirationand visual impact, reflecting the spirit of internationality, neutrality and professionalism required by “International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization”.
2. The applying design can be the combination of logo and slogan, or it can be logo only as well. The slogan needs to be concise with high relevance to the design of the logo.
3. The applying design should be suitable to use in various materials, such as business cards,official letters, stationery, publicity material, etc.
4. The applying design must be original. If it is created by reference to other works, the source of reference for the elements of the works shall be indicated. It shall notviolate Chinese laws and regulations and shall conform to the public order and good customs, and can be registered by the sponsor.The works should be designed and produced by the contestants themselves and cannot be completed by others. Please back up the works for verification.
IV. Submission
1. Fill in the Solicitation Form of Logo (see attachment), submit the design of the logo, and briefly explain the design idea, concept and intention of expression. If the work is made by softwares(Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, etc.), it shall be submitted in JPG format with resolution of 300dpi and size of no more than 3M, (if the logo is hand-drawn,please scan it as a clear JPG digital image and upload it) The design shall illustrate the proportion diagram,standard color (main color code, auxiliary color code), original dimension coordinate diagram and vector diagram (AI or CDR format) of the logo.
2. Candidates can submit multiple designs, each of which shall be submitted with design scheme and design description separately, and participate in the selection with independent number.
3. Please submitthe electronic version to the e-mail address of China Academy of Arbitration Law at pangchong@ccpit.org，caal_china@126.com.Please indicate “the applying work of the logo of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization+ title of the design+ name+ work place+ contact information” and other information in the e-mail. (An electronic version of the work is a must)

V. Awards
This solicitation activity will be comprehensively evaluated by experts and the public. The top design winner will be rewarded with RMB 10000 yuan; 6-8 shortlisted designers will be rewarded with RMB 5000 yuan each inclusive of individual income taxes.
VI. Special Instructions
1. The applying designs shall not infringe the intellectual property rights and other legal rights of others, nor plagiarize or imitate the designs of others. Otherwise, the candidates will be disqualified. If the prize money has been paid, it should be fully returned. If the participation involves infringement of the rights and interests of a third party, the legal and civil liability and all adverse consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the candidate, and the organizer shall not bear any responsibility.
2. All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, ownership, all rights to the plane, three-dimensional or electronic carriers of the works) of the winning works shall be owned by the organizer, and the designer shall not use or transfer to a third party in any form. The organizer has the right to use, develop, modify, authorize, licenseor protect the work in any form without paying any fee to the designer except for the above prize money.
3. Candidates are requested to keep the original copy.All the works collected will be reserved for reference and not be returned. If the work is not submitted, lost or damaged due to reasons other than the organizer, the organizer shall not be liable.
4. For matters not covered in this announcement, the organizer shall formulate additional rules. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the announcement, attachments and supplementary documents.
5. Once the work is submitted, the candidate shall be deemed to agree to the above provisions.
